Every 10 minutes, a scraper fetches product data from each tracked merchant's public Shopify endpoint. Results are compared against the previous observation.
Changes are classified by type: new product, restock (out-of-stock → in-stock), and price drop. Changes in title or metadata are ignored to reduce noise.
High-confidence alerts (new products, restocks, price drops ≥10%) post automatically. Marginal changes (3–10% price drops) are manually reviewed before posting.
